Print page 1 first. Then print page 2 on the back of page 1 by turning the paper over "end for end" so that the top of the page will line up with the top of the first page.
When all sections have been printed, arrange the sheets in order, staple the center and fold into a booklet.
All that we ask is that you do not add to, omit or change anything that we have written.
