If your printer fails to automatically print in "Landscape format" (the lines of text are parallel to the long side of the sheet), do as follows:
1. Select Page 1
2. On the File menu, click "Page Setup". If there is a "Page" tab, click it.
3. Click the "Landscape" button and then click "OK".
4. If "Page Setup" is not on the menu go to "Print", then "Properties", then "Page Setup".
5. Click the "Landscape" button and then click "OK".
After printing Page 1, turn the paper over "end for end" so that the top of the page will line up with the top of the first page.
Select Page 2 and again performs steps 2 to 5 as before.
Then fold the paper so that it has the form of a tract.
In this solution the printing is simpler but trimming is suggested for a nice finished product.
Select Page 1 and click Print on the File menu.
After printing Page 1, turn the paper over and position it so that the TOP of the page goes through the printer first.
Select Page 2 and click Print on the File menu.
Then fold the paper so that it has the form of a tract.
Trim the excess paper from the top and bottom of the tract with a paper cutter or scissors.
